Learn the importance of wearing proper footwear in everyday life. The right footwear is key to preventing many ailing foot, ankle, knee, and back aches. Whether you’re a runner, walker, or someone who stands all day at work, this seminar is for you. Alycia Geary from North Wales Running Company will offer insight into the different types of footwear and supportive orthotics. Discussion will be followed by a 20-minute walk.
